snowy owls
We saw this rather unusual owl sculpture in an exhibition at the arboretum. At the time we could not think where we might put it in our garden.
After Ray had built Jinks' enclosure, we knew what to do.

A fav because I have a weak spot for owls. These are gorgeous.
Hubby spotted a long eared owl in the trees in our garden; we hear him almost every evening when it's getting dark.

These little fellows are wonderful. What a great use for what look like bicycle gear cogs. I have an owl mad friend who would adore these!

Amazing sculptor. Just terrific all the ways the brain can go and then to be able to implement it...quite fantastic.

Such cute faces & I love how even with that hard material they still convey softness & feathers.
