English country cottages

I've always fancied living in a cottage like this but being married to an ex-insurance claims expert investigator has thwarted my plans!!

I don't think so ( he mostly dealt with personal injury claims) but he knew all the pitfalls of thatched roofs etc etc!

Thatched roofs.......isn't it worth the risk? Harry says the same Hazel, too much maintenance but they are lovely!
I would risk it no problem!
