Beautiful cottages. I have a friend who lives in a thatch cottage and it is beautiful,
Not got much time for commenting at the moment as we have our daughter and grandchildren visiting. Will catch up later in the week.

I would love to live in a thatched cottage but my husband would firmly agree with yours.
Beautiful shot I love the lines of the thatch.

I love these buildings too. Did your husband do a few claims for dodgy cottages?

I don't think so ( he mostly dealt with personal injury claims) but he knew all the pitfalls of thatched roofs etc etc!

Thatched roofs.......isn't it worth the risk? Harry says the same Hazel, too much maintenance but they are lovely!

A lovely capture. I too romanticise about living in one of these - but it's not going to happen, so I just enjoy looking at other people's.
