The 12th century church is all that remains of the original almshouse, 'The Hospital of St Cross', in Winchester.
I haven't yet been able to find out anything of the history of this beautiful little chapel. This shot marks the end of my b&w flashofred-2015 endeavour. I've learnt some tips during the 3 weeks I've participated but now I'm going to immerse myself in colour!
p.s. I've moved this into my third album and gone back to b&w. Perhaps the sun coming out for 2 days running has had an effect on me! And I do hate giving up once I've started on something. Also interested by Ann's post @olivetreeann on b&w for the final week - thanks!
