"purple sprouting broc-cauli-flower"

We saw this beautiful colourful vegetable on a stall at Winchester Farmers' Market. I forgot to ask its name so have made up one for it.

We call them `` Bloemkool `` Cauliflower. They are avaible in more colors but when you cook it lots of the color is gone Beautiful composition and capture

@pyrrhula Oh that's interesting - we call them cauliflower too but until now they have been only white. This would obviously loose its colour in the same way as purple sprouting broccoli does. Thanks for the info!
