I've forgotten its name but it certainly cheers up the living room in this grey November. I can remember that the variegated leaves in the background belong to a dieffenbachia so some brain cells are still working!!

What a pretty looking flower with a beautiful combination of colors. Excellent shot.

It`s is a flower from a Bromelia , I think a Vriesea species. The one in the back is a Dieffenbachia . Take care with them. They are/taste like pepper. Even when you only cut a leave you fingers are tainted for a long time.
