I just googled it and find that you can still buy it. I know my grandmother never ever went to Paris.
Lovely capture and details they do have a lovely scent. I remember Midnight in Paris in its shaped blue glass bottle from my teenage years. .My favourite was White Fire in a red bottle

I agree that, especially when they are dying, hyacinths do have a rather pungent smell, the blue ones in particular.
