Sam, I'm beginning to think fatballs are just available in England as I've been asked that question several times! @quietpurplehaze Thank YOU Hazel! I have never seen them in Australia - our bird feed that pet stores sell is really just seeds of different kinds. Your birds must love them given they are just mostly suet. We put suet in our Xmas puddings - do you do that too?
Yes, we do. I also make dumplings to go in a casserole with SR flour, suet and water but I use vegetable suet. We stopped putting out loose seed for the birds as what they dropped germinated and grew and Ray got fed up digging it out!
