S = sewing

To those who quilt, I tip my hat to you. Thought I'd try my hand at another needle art while my hand is bandaged and I can't knit. Hmm. Don't think I'll do too much more.
I admire your creativity. I sold my sewing machine at a garage sale a few years ago after it sat dormant for decades. It's safe to say it wasn't my thing, though I do know how to sew.

@cejaanderson Thank you very much for viewing and commenting and Faving this photo. I actually got my sewing machine out two weeks ago to make a needed repair. I used to sew a lot, but not in many years. This is hand sewn because I can't knit right now (carpal tunnel surgery 1-1/2 weeks ago) but I hold this for a little while without straining too much.
@ziggy77 Thank you Jo. Stitches out yesterday. Still weak and hurts at times.
@confectioner Thanks Marilyn. Seems I used to have a slightly bigger one with a strawberry hanging off. But maybe, that was my mother's.
@tosee Thanks Tom.
@susanalena Thank you for viewing, commenting and faving Susan.
@gotmyreservations Thanks Jennie.
@lyndemc Thank you Denise. No bandages now. Still hard to do things though. And thanks for identifying an extra "S" word.
@craftymeg Thank you Margaret
@clake More "S" words. thanks Caroline, and thanks for the nice comments.
@barbtatum Thanks to my 365 friends, more than I found.
@homeschoolmom Thanks Lisa. You're so artistic, you'll do it if you want.
