The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey for January bookclub.
Thank you to Debs & Thomas Stott ( @dibzgreasley and @mastert ) for their interesting list of words for December. I didn't use them all, but I did use many of them for themes for my photos this month.
Very interesting! I'm in TWO book clubs, and so I'm always on the lookout for recommendations. I may be a snow child tonight--we'll actually be outside at midnight. We're crazy!
@cejaanderson Jane, it's very suspenseful and it's been interesting. I don't know how it ends, but I'm afraid I won't like it. I hope I will be pleasantly surprised by some twist in the plot. @lindamp5 Thank you Linda. I don't have much more to go. @peterlgrave Thank you Peter. I wish you a great 2016, too. @rosiekerr So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed about the ending. Thanks for the well wishes. @jamibann Yes, Issi. I'm liking the book, but fearful the ending is not going to be what I'd like. Of course I have no control over that. I like the fairy tale-ness to it and think I actually may have had a book based on the fairy tale it's based on when I was young. Too bad I can't remember how it ended. @brillomick Thank you Mickey. I've enjoyed reading book club selections that I never would have picked for my self. I've never been in a book club before. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. Same to you.
