Purple #2_

The March snowstorm came last night. Since we've had an unusually warm spring some of the flowers are out. Thank goodness it wasn't super cold too, so the flowers survived.

Oh no — snow on the hyacinths! The same is about to happen here tonight, although my flowers are still just green shoots peeking out of the dirt.

I noticed some of the daffodils have begun to emerge from the earth last week and then we had snow. No blossoms yet, so all is good. This makes a pretty shot although one would rather just have the flower!
