I planted some seeds that I saved from a plant last fall. I'm hoping they will come up and be strong so that i can plant them in the garden. These are actually just a trial to see if there were any viable seeds.
@swguevin2 Yes. It's not quite warm enough yet here, either, thank goodness because I have to reweed the garden. @olivetreeann I hope they will grow when I plant them in the ground. @jamibann I'm not good at getting them from the sprouting stage to the growing into plants stage. @wakelys Thank you Susan. Hopefully there will be some pretty flowers to photograph. @cocobella Thank you Corinne. @jb030958 Thanks Jennie. These are liatris. I have a head of coneflowers stuck in dirt in another pot, but nothing so far. @serendypyty Thank you Cazzi. I hope so too. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret. @hajeka Thanks Henk-Jan @tunia I had some from a number of years ago and someone gave me some that are several years old, too. We'll see how those go. I did buy a bag of annual flower seeds (butterfly/hummingbird mix) the other day at the grocery store. I hope they do well. I'm not sure I'm going to get my usual zinnia seeds. :( @overalvandaan Thank you Saxa. I will.
Fingers crossed for you. I have some free carrot seeds that are sprouting well indoors, but I'm waiting for the threat of frost to be gone before they go outdoors. Good luck with yours.
@tinley23 Yes, it's still frosting here as well. Besides I've got to reweed my garden spot before I plant anything there. Thanks Lesley. @pyrrhula Thanks Ferry. I don't exactly have a green thumb either, so I need all the luck I can get.
