Covid monotony

Get-Pushed Challenge 470
My get pushed partner challenged me to do something with the word monotonous. This came to mind after thinking about some other possibilities. Not an actual photograph but it was entirely done in Photoshop. Much extra time used in figuring out how to do it.
** this is not a self portrait and it was rare that I was bored during the period of isolation. I understand that many people did have increased anxiety and depressed, even suicidal feelings including one of my extended family. RIP Aem!
Kathy this is excellent. I am so sad for you for Aem,

May I please add a few of positives ................. International Pass the Pigs, enhanced contact with family-remotely, doing more exercise, increased skills, tidier garden!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Those are positives, but the photo was monotonous. I find things I like to do are not monotonous.

@stephen_haay. Hope this photoshop image captures the ideas of your challenge. It helped me learn more about using photoshop anyway.

A poignant capture of monotony.

I think you have captured all the words many felt- but like you I rarely experienced any of them. There's just too many creative things I like to do that my life wasn't really all that different with the exception of food shopping and the uncomfortable and irritating mandate to wear the mask that forced us to breathe in our own exhaust! At first I thought this was an entry for the album cover challenge- lol at me!

@wakelys Thank you Susan
@olivetreeann Glad that many of us did not feel the monotony of the time. You are a creative person and had activities and people to fill up your time.
@grammyn Thank you Katy. It was a rare moment for me but I know others felt it deeply.
@thewatersphotos Thanks Gary.

Hey partner!! What a fabulous range of get pushed challenges you've done. You've asked me to be kind so.......... here goes.

Please revisit your first four or five challenges ( I personally love the zoom burst one!) and reinterpret one ( or more!) of them. Please do include the link to the challenge you've revisited.

( OR........ take a fun picture on Thursday with a Pigmania theme?!) You choose.

Kathy you've not tagged it for get pushed.

Certainly heard lots of these words lately, but like others here - too much to do to be bored at home! (we've been very lucky)

@Dawn Hope you are still not in lockdown
@kjarn Thank you Kathy
@jamibann Thank you Issi
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks for the reminder. I did forget to tag this but have fixed this now. And thank you for the challenge. I will see what I can do.
@pusspup You certainly have been enjoying the great outdoors during this time. I haven't been bored either but because I truly was staying at home and inside much of the time, I admit I did come close a time or two. Thank goodness I got over the boredom before it led to anything worse.

Super piece of work, can’t say it’s been me neither although I have relatives that have found this past year extremely hard.

the few negatives i felt about the pandemic are not being able to go places (outside of the province), shopping when i want to, going to funerals of good friends who'd passed away, and unable to visit people. but there are a lot of positives (thankfully not of the virus), one just have to open their eyes and utilize or take advantage of them. i loved staying home but the balcony construction put a damper on that, although hopefully it will be over soon and i can enjoy home once again before we go back to work at the office. great job you did here. and sorry for your family's loss.

I like the blah blah blah.

Great and nicely done.
I did n`t had any problems with the lock down. The only problem I had was that people did n`t keep the 5 feet distance as adviced.

@craftymeg Thank you Margaret. Glad you had enough to carry you through.
@summerfield I agree Vikki. Unfortunately I think I'll still plan to stay fairly close to home.
@la_photographic Thank you Laura.
@tunia Thanks Tunia
@pyrrhula Thank you Ferry. There were a lot of people who felt their personal freedom was more important than the health and welfare of all. A particular problem in this country, I'm afraid.
