Bushy tail

An old wives tale is when the tails on squirrels are bushy it cues a colder winter. Well, we'll see.

I’ve not heard that one before but we have a lot of squirrel activity right now and the tails do seem bushy so we’ll see. It is unseasonably warm for October around here and we are in the midst of a drought. Winter seems a long way off.
