Glorious end to the day

No power for 7 hours today, Terrible storms with wind rain lightning thunder, And the sun came loud and lit up my house and the trees across the street. Then a few more hours in the dark and the cold and finally the power came on. I finished the book and started another and just had a pretty good day.

We've been surprised that there's been no power loss so far- but the power company has done a lot of pruning around here. Nice solar power shot!

Oh, Kathy! It sounds horrible! We had flooding, but no power loss in our area that I am aware of. Beautiful light through the window, and it tells the story of the storm with all those raindrops on the window

glorious wonderful golden tones. 7 hours of no power, i'd have gone crazy. although i'd probably just laze around in bed and would've used up the charge of my kindle. and that is why i have the portable charger! aces on the shot.
