This was my mother's. She taught me to darn when I was a girl. I was so thrilled to find out she still had it when she died. You can see the nicks made by the needles used to darn holey socks.

@homeschoolmom Lisa, this style is very hard to find. They are very helpful, especially for good (aka, woolen) socks.
@jamibann Thank you Issi. No, my mother was Canadian and her parents were Scottish. I never thought to ask her about the Oslo on this, and now I can't, unfortunately.
