That's what I was thinking as I got up close enough to see that she was't wearing stockings! Not only that, I was dressed in a wool coat, boots, gloves, hat and scarf because it was 40 degrees in Manhattan. Guess I'm just a wussy Californian.
Oh, how funny!! They must have been truly happy for the warmer weather after the brutal winter they had, but this is really stretching it!! And, there's a good argument for not ever getting tattoes....where will they end up in 30 years?!! ;-)) Great capture!
Haha! She's either used to the 40 degrees or shivering! Her choice if she wants to dress like this..... in 40 degree weather. The tattoo artist can't do a straight line, huh?!
