Gnocchi and pesto are on the stove top, pizza and eggplant parmigiana are in the oven.We had so much fun at our Italian cooking class! Not only did we make each of the dishes but the chef kept pouring Prosecco into our wine glasses throughout the 3-hour hands-on experience. Then, we were seated at a table overlooking the beachfront and our delicious dinner was served. The finale was the chocolate almond cake we had made for dessert -to die for!
