Occupy (11)

This is the Damien Hirst exhibit at Tate Britain as one of the past Turner Prize winners. In 1991 he began to create works consisting of animals suspended in glass-walled tanks filled with the preservative formaldehyde. Not my cup of tea at all - but in terms of the word occupy, I guess the sheep does occupy the tank.

Oh dear poor sheep confined to this glass tank for ever! It looks scared & cowering! Definitely not my cup of tea either as a retired farmer! Interesting though.

I've seen a cow of his in the Astrup Fearnley museum in Oslo. Not really a lover - not really 'art' in my book.

What a peculiar exhibit. I guess it's no worse than the heads mounted on a wall, which is not my cup of tea either. A good subject for your theme.
