Bell pepper

Just a red bell pepper, but with a pretty cool “stem.” While this would be a good color post, this is about the only image I had for the day. Breakfast. Paperwork in campus office. Grocery store. Getting dinner ready to go before Mass. Mass. Dinner and a relaxing evening at home with Clare.

We are eating lots of roasted vegetables now that we’ve seen, and learned from our future son-in-law, how easy this is. For a while, Jenny & Steve bought produce regularly with a friend through “Farm Share” — http://www.myfarmshare.com/ — so they received whatever vegetables arrived and they were good about using what was delivered.

At the moment, Clare & I seem to favor sweet potatoes and red peppers…
