Cooler temperatures and no “fires” at work, so I took the time to get today’s workout on the water. Being “fit” for the rowing machine is not the same as being “fit” for rowing a shell on water. Since it’s been some time since I last got to the lake for a full workout (about 13km), today’s workout was, well, definitely a workout. This is the northeast “arm” of Cedar Lake after the cardio work was done. What remains now is a 2K cool-down back to the dock.
