*My* [poor-man’s] stud-finders

Okay, so they don't really find studs in the walls, but these powerful little magnets (approximate diameter ¼" or 6mm) will find the nail heads that attach the dry wall/Sheetrock* to the studs. I learned this trick a couple years ago from a carpenter/furniture-maker who has done quite a bit of work for us —
