Clare has expressed a desire for a new bicycle seat. The first order of business was to get the old seat off.
I guess I'd never actually *removed* a bike seat before, merely adjusted the height. Now that I see how a seat attaches to the post, it's a clever design that allows some forward-and-back and angular adjustments as well as height. I had to consult my brother-in-law, Rich, an avid cyclist, to find the screw to loosen with a ¼" Allen-wrench, but here is the torn seat she'd like to replace.
