Not quite ‘before’

Since Clare's mom now owns her place, she's making some changes. She has paint and wall paper on-hand and a new vanity awaiting pick-up. Clare & I have met Clare's youngest brother, Rich, to do this bathroom reno work this weekend. In truth, it'll be Rich doing the work and I'll just be handing him tools and helping with "two-person" tasks. Every renovation project is a learning experience on some level: how to do things, what tools are useful and what supplies and materials are available for the particular project. Since Rich now "flips houses" for his livelihood, I expect to learn a lot this weekend!
