Today good friends Raymond & Jeanne hosted us for Clare's birthday dinner. Since we saw the Hitchcock classic movie on the big screen with them earlier this month — http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2017-04-05 — this was an appropriate beverage to serve!

The text in the book: “This is Brian Miller's twist on the classic French 75. Says Miller: “When developing this cocktail, I tried to imagine something Cary Grant would drink at the Plaza Hotel. The name comes from the title of the movie in which he fittingly says, ‘I’ve got a job, a secretary, a mother, two ex-wives, and several bartenders that depend on me ...’ —BM”
