Last part of every lake workout… (1'20" video -- filler)

This is the final part of the workout, after having rowed several thousand meters: lifting the 35-pound shell out of the water, hoisting it overhead and walking it back to the car. This is the other "end" from the post from four days ago.

I just about fell out at one stage but managed to hold my position without getting wet! You must be strong to carry this! Good video - to hear the sound of the water and paddle!

You really had to tilt your head to the side at first. The people in the truck had it a little easier than you, I think.

@maggiemae With the lake level so low, it's a higher lift to get this over my head when I'm already tired, but the harder part is propelling the boat + my body weight through the water for 6+ miles!

@danette GoPro mounted on the deck of the shell. I need another mount to shoot video of me rowing!
