I haven't done a lot of one-hour rows on the indoor machine, but my previous best distance was 14,469m. That was more than 5½ years ago (May, 2014). Happy to know I can still push myself to previously established limits.
Pushing myself the rest of this week for a Concept2 challenge for January. I chose “The Haul”: Row, ski or ride for 15 hours in January. Given that we were out-of-town or on-the-road for 10 days in January, it's going to be close!
Edit. Made it! 16 workouts on the 21 days we were in town. 205,610m. 15h 00m 56.9s.
Next challenge: 2 million meters for the season ending April 30… Again, it's going to be a push.
Edit. Next challenge: 2 million meters for the season ending April 30… Covid happened and I couldn’t get meters at the gym. Final tally for the season, 1,846,725 meters.
