Shutlingslow

After several days thinking about it whilst enjoying not being under pressure to photograph something every day, I've decided to carry on with my project but to not worry about gaps in my year or using fillers... I'm still not sure I like the idea of uploading pictures to the 'wrong' date, but I think gaps would be more annoying and I don't want to be tied to getting a photo every single day this year. I'm sure I'll get over the wrong dates!

Anyway, enough waffle, here's my first photo of 2013, taken on the correct day. The hill is Shutlingslow, Cheshire, seen from near the 'Cat and Fiddle' pub ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat_and_Fiddle_Inn) I had hoped to be going out for a walk somewhere but it turned into a drive as there was a lot of rain around me and it seemed to be raining everywhere I headed for!

Alternative view of the same hill : http://365project.org/roachling/365/2012-04-15
Beautiful stormy landscape -- thanks for posting the link tto the pub. I go for The Faithful Cat as the source of the Cat And Fiddle's name. Fav .

Great to see you back Louise. I dont worry about missing a day or two. If I do, I will just upload another shot taken the same week.
