I was going to use a filler for today from yesterday's stroll but some new books arrived today and I gasped in delight when I looked inside this one and the first thing I saw was a beautiful view - one I know very well and have photographed myself many times - of the lovely spot where I spent my first 22 years :) I love my home area so much I was really excited to see it at the start of this book.
I feel inspired to go out and take a photo from that spot very soon :)
Fingers crossed! I have got to take my eldest son to school in Stratford for an hour to do a mock exam, so am hoping to get some shots there - sick to death of this dull flat weather.
Nice shot to show us promise of things to come! Just had a quick look at your blog, am always quite behind these days. Glad that you are better now, there has been a lot of similar in our area. Look forward to reading your blog but as its long will save for another day, its always a pleasure.

Thanks. Yes, sometimes I over do it on the photos a bit and make my posts really long! It's usually mainly photos though (I take too many!) so not too much reading to do! Hope you'll enjoy it anyway :)
How exciting Louise, I have a coupl eof books with shots in that I love so much, it as if they were taken just for me. I am headed that way hopefully late Jan and may pick your brains for some photo locations.
What a lovely view, and I look forward to seeing yours too :) I got a new book through the post too - 14th Wheel of Time! So excited to start reading it, but I'm half way through one, and I haven't read 13 yet!
P.S. We had blue today! But I wasn't able to go out and take photos :(
