I was watching bees in the garden earlier today... our garden is covered in clover and buttercups and lower down, behind where I took this photo, it's covered in clover, buttercups, plantain and self heal. The bees love it - There were loads of them and I saw a couple of honey bees and several kinds of bumble.
I keep hoping clover will someday defeat the crabgrass in my yard and I'll never mow again. I'll just sit and listen to the bees hum in three part harmony. I can almost hear them when I look at your lovely photo.
