We had a fabulous day visiting the Farne Islands on Saturday, so great I decided to use a filler for today so that I could pick two shots from the trip to upload! I'd highly recommend a trip if you visit Northumberland. We had a great boat tour around the islands then landed at Inner Farne for an hour. We saw a lot of wildlife and I was amazed how close you could get to the birds (do check out my other photos via the links below). Dave actually took this photo, but I think it's a great shot and he said I could put it here. This tern was most definitely swearing at him, judging by the sound it made!
