I spent today on a white clawed crayfish production line today! We were creating (and learning about) our native white clawed crayfish and the non native invader, signal crayfish at the Staffordshire University Big Biology Day. A day's work with the wildlife trust.
@robz@ellida In this photo, the one peeking in on the left was the USA invader, signal crayfish. The rest are native white clawed crayfish. We were amassing an army to defeat the signal crayfish (who is wearing a shield here!).
