@granagringa Yes, that's right. The flower was in quite bright light so the time available was limited. I think I really like that slight movement though. This is what I was trying to work out with all the flowers in the ac-clemons challenge -whether they were this or effects added afterwards. Eventually saw the "how-to" posts and realized that most of the flowers were edited, and that the ICM gives a different result - more abstract. I seem to keep coming back to the abstract forms as favourites!!!
@robz i noticed the editing 9n the how -to explanations...but...if you check out Clemons' site, there is a free intro video to her course on taking the fliral shots. She is not editing but using nthe ensbaby system of optics. That's for the florals, not the icms. Just thought it interesting.
@granagringa Oh that makes sense. And, no doubt, there was a wide range of techniques etc used for the challenge. Maybe, in the far distant future, my camera and I might reach that possibility - maybe!! It's amazing what tutorials etc are available on-line. Many thanks for the info - Cheers Rob
