I need a full day just to catch up on your shots!
I really like this...the centering works, especially as it is set off by the base and the dark negative space ...I wouldn't have thought that such a straight on shot would be so effective. well seen, my friend.
@granagringa I'm really pleased you liked this one in particular as I did nothing to it other than centre it and crop a tiny bit off the base. I'm really trying to think about what I'm seeing - hoping some of your experience and advice rubs off. Sorry to put up so many at once - our son is visiting tomorrow and I thought I might not get a chance to upload. Thanks for taking the time to look at them and offer ideas. I really appreciate it. Cheers Rob
@dkbarnett I can see why you like these night shots Delwyn. I thought it would be difficult but the nifty "Night Scene" setting did a strange multiple clicking process to produce this - pretty amazing from a little camera. Have to follow your example and try more. Many thanks Cheers Rob
@taffy - Can't take much credit for this - I noticed the ride, set the nifty "night shooting'" setting and the little wonder camera did the rest!! Pretty cool. Thanks for having a look!
@fbailey Hi FB Thanks for commenting so nicely. The night setting is great - it seems to take multiple shots and then amalgamate them - lots of clicking goes on! The results are very impressive - so much better than trying to do things yourself. Cheers!
@lovingandsharing Hi Kay - thanks for having a look. I was really pleased with this one too. Can't take much credit though - the camera did all the work!! :)
