Dad's orchid

My Dad loved orchids and had many that he was very fond of. His orchids were quite different to our little shy native orchids. His were always big and showy and colourful - and I always think of him when they flower.

@golftragic Does it surprise you to hear that he was a collector - of all sorts of things!! He even collected orchids - went for all the different colours. Great memories!! :)
