The last image for the 52week challenge 2018!! I'm quite amazed that, with a little help from Sarah @sarahlth, I didn't miss a week! Thanks Sarah for the continual encouragement!
@lynbonn Hi Lynda - this was the only other one that sort of worked. The filter was the base of a little Christmas dish - it was easier to hold over the lens. Thanks again for this challenge - it was quite fun! Cheers Rob
@30pics4jackiesdiamond That would be excellent Jackie - it really helped to have Sarah doing it this year - a couple of times we both needed a bit of encouragement! It's a long project but very rewarding! Do you think it would be too much to do this and Get Pushed and the other project that they are recruiting for?
@robz just realised I've done 1001 days of a photo a day!!! Thought I'd stop, but need more motivation to extend and explore new things, in particular processing. It must be quite late at night for you??
@caterina Thanks so much Caterina - for both your comment and the fav. I learned an awful lot with this project - and enjoyed it enough to have another go next year (I think!). Cheers Rob
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Hi Jackie - congratulations on 1000 photos -especially doing one every day - that's a real achievement. I'm so pleased to hear that you are continuing on next year! We should have a lot of fun with the new project. BTW - I've given up on trying to use Elements - my son managed to get my old program onto the new laptop so I'm more than happy with that. :)
@robz Hi Rob, good to be back with my online friends again. We had a very quiet Christmas, delicious lunch at a good restaurant. Didn't get back till late on Saturday, 36 hrs no sleep. I'd told the family to forget us this year!
@granagringa Hi Granagringa - you do make the nicest comments - thank you very much. And funnily enough it is the various challenges etc which I find give me different ideas (often not very successfully executed though!) I think the most useful thing from 2918 was the 52week challenge because it made you think about a different idea each week. I'm going to try to back up and have another go in 2019 - I was really pleased to complete the full 52 weeks last year but I know a lot of people just jumped in and out and did only the weeks that caught their interest. I don't know if you would be interested in having a go? Cheers Rob
@fr1da Thank you so much Frida - and I appreciate your comments and any suggestions that you may make - People such as yourself and Granagringa (and so many more helpful 365ers) have so many skills and so much experience that they are happy to share-it is a wonderful community to be a part of. Cheers Rob
