I wonder what you’d think about a bit of a crop off the bottom? It seems to weight the photo down with a pretty large area lost in shadow. I like all the sense of space and lots to look at
@fr1da What a lovely comment Frida - thanks so much! My little camera isn't capable of doing anything really fancy but it does have a couple of interesting special settings. I just have to remember to use them!!
@jgpittenger Hi Jane - thanks for your feedback! I'm a bit torn because I wanted to put it into the "technique-92" challenge which is based on the idea of "shadows into black" - so I wanted the shadows at the front to merge into the black at the bottom. Maybe it would still do this even if it was a little cropped... I think I will crop a little - so if you get a chance to read this it will be done... Thanks for your thoughts. :)
