These little copper wire daisies are incredibly tough - and one of my favourites. They have lovely, grey, soft, flat, hairy leaves then long spindly wire like stalks holding up bright yellow daisy clusters. Such a strange combination but it works so well.
@granagringa Hi Granagringa - thanks so much for your kind wishes. We're very excited about the new baby but the new house is probably going to be a painful project! 365 has sort of become a habit - one that keeps you coming back after you've missed a day or two. I like seeing what everybody is doing and posting even if I haven't actually got much of interest to post myself. It is a pretty picture in the yellow and brown tones. It showcases different aspects of the plant in one image : the flower, the dried flowers and the copper wire stem that is suggested in the back.
