The local Green Cathedral... by robz

The local Green Cathedral...

Nick-named as such because so many Aussies congregate in those aisles every Sunday! This is for the 52 week challenge with the theme of Architecture. It seems that some architecture has only one aim - to act almost like a trademark for a particular company. Aesthetics have very little to do with the design.....
That's huuuuuuge and a great wide angle

A good summary of the lack of architecture that assaults our eyes much of the time.

So eerie with the wide-angle and green color and those rays of light emanating from it giving it that angelic halo.

Like how the rays surround the name.

@helenhall Thanks for your comment Helen Jane - you have summed up much of our Aussie architecture to perfection. :)
