I loved this - it is a model of one of Leonardo DaVinci's seafaring inventions. This was a boat which utilized paddles rather than oars - but was still powered by only one man. It was displayed at the Cobb and Co. Museum at Toowoomba - along with dozens of models produced from his drawings and designs. This is the travelling Leonardo DaVinci display from Florence- it is just awesome.
