@casablanca Pretty weird hey? It sort of blotted out everything else so I hoped it created a minimalist landscape look ( not really knowing much about minimalist looks - JackyR suggested "Not much of anything" - seemed a good enough definition to me! Ann suggested the same thing but with the additional idea of "highlighting only the item of interest" - don't know if the sun is considered "landscape" ) :) Cheers Rob
@suzanne234 Hi Suzanne - where we live is quite high - roughly a kilometre above sea level - so it gets pretty cold in winter. (But it also means they can grow wine grapes!!) We've already had some mornings at -2 and -3 degrees with fog - but I haven't noticed this effect before. Cheers Rob
@golftragic This is why I stick to my funny little camera - it's always in my pocket or bag. (I have an inherited Apple phone - inherited from a daughter because the camera doesn't work any more. LOL It's a phone but you get rid of it because the camera's broken!!) Anyway, I love my Cannon point and shoot - you never know when something interesting is going to pop up. Cheers Rob
@robz Sound argument and it fits your needs and preferences. 'Nuff said. I have a little Olympus TG-4, but have rarely used it since I got this iPhone.
