White shirts? by robz

White shirts?

These images were all taken in the morning with the sun behind the shirts. The Custom White Balance was set with the camera in the position used for all of the photos. My camera only has limited settings. They are - from Left to Right:
Custom White, White Flourescent, Tungsten, Cloudy day, Sunny day and Auto. I'm not sure if this is the correct format for this challenge?
works really well

@sarahlth Thanks for looking at this Sarah. Have just paid for the ACE membership. Feel really silly having ace after my name _ so un-ace like! Anyway, I only did it to have more space to store trial photos like this. Didn't think it through - this is so uninteresting to impose on everybody - have just realized they don't all have to appear. Apologies for clogging up your viewing. Cheers Rob Z

any format is welcome so long as you indicate which WB setting was done for each shot. i take it it wasn't windy that day? thanks for posting.

@granagringa Hi Granagringa - always nice to speak to you. This is how I had to do it on my program - 1. took the six photos from the same position. 2. cropped each photo vertically to the same size - just past the words. So all six had the words.3. Opened a new canvas - long rectangular shape. 4. Dragged the first shirt over and placed at the far end. 5. Dragged the second shirt over - right clicked and chose "send forward or back" Then chose "send backwards" This means the second shirt will slide under the first. 5. Slide it far enough under to hide the words and just show the smaller part of the shirt.6 Gradually drag each shirt over and arrange in line. You should only have to slide each second one underneath. That's it! I think if you are using a new program it will organize all of the images into different layers - crop each shirt in its own layer, open a new canvas and then similarly drag or copy and paste the shirts onto the new one. Unsure how the new programs do the "go backwards" command. Actually - don't know how any of them do anything!! Haha - you're only any good at stuff you know -catch 22!! Cheers Rob

@robz Thank you...I don't think I can do this on Picasa but am just about to move up...time management...holy cow...between shooting, even minimal edits and commenting on here...where does the time go??? Oh and life too! Incredible.

@granagringa Haha - how true. I'm sure it's addictive. I have to make myself go and do some work outside when the weather's good. Cheers
