This is the delivery chute attached to a very vintage corn husker. The whole machine still works and is a credit to its original producer. It will join our other assorted bits of "old stuff" ....... other people may call it junk!!
@dkbarnett It's a doozy !! It is always amazing how the early pioneers could make an agricultural machine with such elegance. The fly wheel on it is amazing - gorgeous curved spokes - when I'm sure straight ones would have done the same job!! :)
I really like this perspective and the contrast of dark and light and the "peek-a-boo" quality...Is this rotated? Looks it to me and if not, I love the inspiration that I thought it was!
@granagringa Haha - your inspiration was spot on LOL. It is rotated 90 deg - it just looked much better as a landscape. It's a great old machine - wonderful present from our friends. :)
