Paddocks down to the beach. by robz

Paddocks down to the beach.

Tasmania is sparsely populated - some absolutely beautiful areas are still occupied by farming families who run their cattle or sheep right down to the beach.
Reminds me of Wales!

@peadar You're right - this does look a bit like t he parts of Wales that we saw - does Wales also have the very rocky sections too?

@dkbarnett Hi Delwyn - we have thoroughly enjoyed our 4 weeks. We thought it might be too long for such a small place - we've been pretty much fully occupied each day! Lots of variety too. Cheers Rob

@olivetreeann Hi Ann - the coastlines change in various parts - but they are all fascinating in one way or another. Tanks for having a look. Cheers Rob

@peadar Hi again Peter - I thought of you two days ago - we went to Pearns Steam Engine Museum at Westbury Tasmania - it was incredible!! And we met the most remarkable man who owned the most gorgeous Foden Steam traction engine - it took him 600 hrs of experience to earn his driver's licence! I'll post a few photos now.
