Celtic country near Glenn Innes - on the way to Lightning Ridge.

In the early days this area attracted large numbers of Scottish immigrants. They planted many deciduous trees and started many Celtic traditions. ( I'm afraid that my internet access may be sporadic for a week or so, so please accept my apologies if I can't post or respond or comment. Cheers Rob)
Striking lines on this landscape.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Hi Jackie - I don't quite know what to expect at Lightning Ridge - last time we were there it was pretty basic.

Interesting to see the line of trees. They look like they were planted to form a border.
