@robz Saw the physio yesterday - need to massage the tendon on the palm to break up the nodule and sticking places inside there. Still mostly resting the hand. Just having an exception to catch up on here. Sincerely hoping it can mend without the need for surgery!
Learning about a new camera really tests the brain. I have decided that being retired is really hard work. I have no idea where I ever found time to work, so busy in retirement.
@casablanca H had trigger thumb and physio didn't work too well. the nodule was tiny when it caused problems, but now it is bigger I can bend my thumb normally. I will avoid surgery as long as I have movement. It does get painful by the end of the day but not too bad. Hope yours responds well to physio
@onewing Cheers, that's interesting. How strange that the bigger nodule is less problematic! I'll keep massaging it and alternating resting it with exercises to keep it moving. I wear a glove at night as keeping it warm seems to help and it prevents waking up with it all bent over! All the best with yours too xx
@777margo Hi Margo - tat is me - I usually hate selfies but I wanted to see what the IR camera did inside the house. Those are the unedited colours. :)
Fun shot! Retirement allows you to fill your time with things you want to work at- unlike a job which just fills time. Enjoy and it and have fun learning that new camera!
