This is the first time I have seen a linnet for ages and I know that previously they had nested in the brambles in Wood Lane so I suspect they have a nest this year too. They are such pretty little birds and previously I have posted a pair in perfect posing position that I entered into the Camera Club Exhibition last year. I will try to find it on here and put the link in as it was a male and female.
