The hills in Wellington are close and in easy access to the city. A must do for nature lovers is Zealandia a fenced huge park where birds and insects are plentiful. I also enjoy the West Coast seal colonies. In Wellington itself you will hear from a wide variety of birds.
Also much squawking from politicians out of the beehive.
