YES, this lovely young lady was there too, at the Chocolate Festival .............. and NO that dress is not made of chocolate. It is made of small inflated balloons tied together to form a dress. I tried to find the string which held them together to see what happens if I pulled it but - just my luck - could not find it haha. The lady was distributing advertising leaflets and was posing for those who wished to take her a photo. You don't believe it, but the photographers were mostly males haha.
