July 19th - A new day and another excursion. The day’s excursion took us for a whole day to Turin, capital city of the Piedmont region. We were in for a long drive and a longer traffic wait in the city until we were dropped off in the city centre. But, I must say, at the end of the day it was worthwhile. This is one of the first morning shots when we had started our journey. I loved the still pale streaks of sunlight penetrating the shade below the mountain peaks.
BTW – this is my 600th picture on 365. So I will now open a bottle of Moet & Chandon and celebrate (haha).
