Back to some rough sea shots.
I was back on the seafront the other day to shoot some rough sea shots. The waves were coming in from NE straight through the entrance of Balluta Bay. I stopped facing the waves around 2 storeys above sea level right above the St Julians Waterpolo Club, and waited for the right wave to come crashing in.
And then I saw it, a beautiful monster wave, waited for the right moment, clicked as the wave hit the ground and then came the splash as I moved quickly away. My worries were for the camera but neither of us got wet.
Thank you very much for looking and for your lovely comments and the fav’s on yesterday’s picture.
The Dutch did much prefer it the other way. But this was a sweet revenge.
